Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations made between 6 business days (05:30 local time) to 4 business days (05:30 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made after 05:30 local time, 4 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Check In/Pickup Location Details

  • Please wait for the driver at the hotel lobby or reception area at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Pick-up time from Four Seasons Hotel and Veranda High Residence is at 05:30.
    Pick-ups from markets, temples or the airport cannot be accommodated.

Restrictions

  • Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • Children 10 years old and above can participate in this activity.
  • Guests should not have serious fear of heights (acrophobia).
  • Guests with back or knee problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.

Additional Notes

  • Flights can only be operated with safe winds, clear sky and no rain. Flights require visibility of at least 4 kilometers. In case of unsuitable weather conditions, guests will be provided the option to take the tour on an alternative date or be refunded in full.
  • In case of the flight cancellation due to weather conditions, guests may choose to still do the spa treatment and get a partial refund.
